Job Title: ServiceNow Sales Leader & Senior Sales Professional

Location: Nordic Region (Focus on Swedish Market)

A long-standing Global Elite Partner of ServiceNow, with over 15 years of collaboration and more than 7,000 successful implementations delivered by a team of 1,800+ certified specialists, is expanding its European Sales team. The organisation is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to take on a dual role as both ServiceNow Sales Leader for the Nordics and Senior Sales Professional focused on Sweden.

This is a key position within a high-performing sales organization, responsible for engaging with leading enterprise clients to address complex business challenges through innovative ServiceNow solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Nordic Sales team while actively driving sales within the Swedish market.
  • Develop and expand the ServiceNow sales pipeline to grow market share across the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modernization, optimization, and adoption strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with regional account teams, solution consultants, and partner organizations to ensure effective sales engagement and support.
  • Drive opportunity qualification, assess risk, and craft compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
  • Take ownership of processes including Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of regional and global sales strategies for the Nordic countries.
  • Own Order Entry (OE) targets across the Nordics and provide reliable forecasting insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure technical solution alignment with delivery capabilities and coordinate validation of proposed solutions.
  • Create and manage deal timelines and lead pursuit teams through key sales milestones.
  • Identify and secure necessary resources early in the sales process to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical understanding of ServiceNow, including cloud transformation, application modernization, and licensing structures.
  • Proven track record in sales, with experience managing and supporting deals from $200k up to $10 million.
  • Consultative sales approach with outstanding solution development and business development abilities; comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders in large enterprises.
  • Background in consulting and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of various industry verticals, especially IT, and the ability to align ServiceNow solutions to industry-specific needs.
  • Ability to define and communicate high-level ServiceNow strategies and roadmaps, articulating clear value propositions and pricing models.
  • Significant experience in ServiceNow sales is essential.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and experience working within a service provider model is required.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
