About the Security Solution Architect Role:

We're seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our growing Solution Architect team. As a member of our fast-growing cybersecurity company, you'll have the opportunity to learn and refine high-end cyber skills from the best in the business. You'll also be responsible for managing customers regionally, playing a crucial role in their tech departments. As a Solution Architect, you'll be considered a top expert in our products, serving as a vital point of contact between our customers and internal departments.

Security Solution Architect - Responsibilities:

• Showcase your deep understanding and professional knowledge of our Cyber Security & Pen Testing platform, ensuring its effective implementation across our customers' networks.
• Design innovative deployment solutions with our platform, even in hugely complex and advanced environments.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and attack techniques, empowering you to improve our platform and provide superior remediation guidance to our customers.
• Lead engaging technical deep-dive sessions with cybersecurity experts, guiding them through enhanced Penetration Testing procedures and helping them make informed remediation and defense decisions.
• Actively contribute to the business application of the company by fostering customer loyalty, acting as a product expert, and identifying opportunities for service expansion to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with various internal departments (Support, R&D, Sales, Pre-Sales, and more) to enhance your skills, knowledge, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Pay close attention to support requests, identify recurring issues, and recommend necessary changes to the platform.
• Embrace the dynamic nature of a hyper-fast startup, welcoming evolving job descriptions and challenges.

What We're Looking for:

• Possess at least 3-5 years of experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, red team operations, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Showcase scripting capabilities in languages like Python, bash, PowerShell, etc.
• Thrive in a client-facing role that demands advisory and consulting skills, with the ability to communicate technical details and requirements to customers of varying expertise and responsibilities.
• Demonstrate knowledge in troubleshooting, monitoring, and managing TCP/IP networks.
• Embody the qualities of a team player, self-sufficiency, an autodidact, and a friendly attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.
