Job Title: Senior Outside Sales Representative / Global Account Manager – Data Center Solutions
Location: Stockholm, Sweden (Home-based with site visits as required)

Our team thrives on consultative, solution-led selling, helping customers solve complex challenges across power, cooling, and data center infrastructure.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior, experienced sales professional to join our Data Center Solutions team. You will own key accounts, drive new business development, and act as a “sniper” in high-value deals. This is a consultative, vendor-agnostic sales role where you map ecosystems, identify customer pain points, and deliver integrated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships in Sweden and Norway
- Drive new business development in Finland and Denmark
- Own your accounts and deliver on sales targets
- Consultatively identify customer challenges and position tailored solutions
- Map customer ecosystems, including GCs, subcontractors, and project partners
- Coordinate with central inside sales/insight teams on quoting and follow-ups
- Engage with large service projects via specialist teams
- Attend ~5 customer meetings per week, vendor meetings, and industry forums
Candidate Profile:
- Senior sales professional with a proven track record in data center sales
- Background in Power or Cooling, with whitespace competence
- Strong network in Sweden or across the Nordics
- Leadership potential is beneficial but not essential
- Consultative, solution-focused approach, comfortable in complex sales environments

Reporting Line:
- Reports to the Data Center Solutions Sales Manager
- Works closely with a local team of 15, a senior peer in Iceland, and central insight teams
