As an ERP Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in developing, enhancing, and maintaining our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced ERP System Development: Create complex Progress applications, focusing on scalability and optimization.
• Database Management: Perform advanced database design, tuning, and troubleshooting for Progress databases, ensuring robust data backup and recovery.
• System Integration: Lead initiatives to integrate ERP with various internal and external systems and develop APIs for efficient data exchange.
• Collaboration and User Support: Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and mentor junior developers.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and stay updated on trends in Progress programming and ERP technology.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments and familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions.
• Experience with additional programming languages (e.g., Java, SQL) and modern software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with EDI processes and transactions.
