Description

Our client is seeking a Director of Regional Sales based in the UK to lead our Western Europe (WEUR) sales team, reporting to the Senior Vice President of the EMEA sales organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, while coaching and mentoring the sales team in the WEUR region. The ideal candidate will have expertise in articulating business value, selling software solutions to enterprise clients, and managing complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate would be an experienced and motivated sales executive with a strong passion for mentoring others. You excel at driving a cohesive sales strategy by aligning sales, inside sales, marketing, and channel teams, all while consistently surpassing revenue targets.


What you’ll do:

  • Achieve or exceed revenue targets by providing strategic direction and overseeing the day-to-day management of the Western Europe sales team.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent cadence within the team, setting clear expectations for activities.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, enable, coach, and manage A-level sales talent to ensure high performance.
  • Foster a "partnering DNA" to maximize the impact of resellers, distributors, hyperscalers, technical alliances, and other stakeholders within the regional ecosystem.

What you’ll bring:

·Over 10 years of experience in developing and leading high-performing sales teams and individual contributors, both directly and through channel partners.


·Deep market knowledge in the tech industry, with experience selling complex

solutions across multi-product portfolios to sophisticated enterprise clients, targeting various personas.


·Expertise in value frameworks and drivers, with a proven ability to demonstrate how differentiated technology can deliver tangible business outcomes for clients.


·Strong “partnering DNA” with proven success in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and hyperscalers.


·Skilled in developing and executing data-driven territory and account plans, with the ability to analyse market trends and create a go-to-market strategy to increase regional penetration.


·Highly motivated, creative, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.


·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
