  • There is no such thing as a ‘Soft Landing’ in Recruitment. But with almost twenty years in our market, hundreds of paying customers, many of whom are blue chip, international businesses, and guaranteed jobs to work on day one, there are harder places for you to start a new desk.
  • Placements are how you make money, so we spend heavily on giving you the Tools to make as many of them as possible. As standard, you will get – LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, LinkedIn Adverts, access to multiple Job Boards, Lusha, Ebsta, Daxtra and Salesforce. We will always invest in ways to make your job easier.
  • We have a sizeable and passionate Operations & Marketing Team. They aim to ‘clear the runway’ for you so that you can fly. With less ‘Admin’ comes more time to do what you are best at.
  • And once you make placements, we will pay you more for completing those placements than you would receive at any comparable Recruitment Business. We have no threshold, and our commission scheme acceleratesquickly to 35%.

What we look for in you:


  • We value our culture above all else, so we are very selective on who joins the team. Beyond any practical experience, we place immense importance on the person you are. The key attributes we look for are Resilience, Drive, Curiosity, and your ability to be a Team Player.
  • Recruitment Experience – 12 Months Plus. Your first six months in recruitment are a blur. We would like you to have another six months to figure things out properly. That way, when you join us, you can be sure we are right for you.
  • Business Development Experience – To achieve Financial Freedom, you must speak to Clients and Win Business. Any experience of this would be beneficial.
  • IT / Technology Markets Experience – It would be fantastic if your Recruitment or Sales experience is in the Tech Sector.
