Principal NetSuite Consultant

Our client, a leading provider of NetSuite solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal NetSuite Consultant to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage NetSuite implementation projects for businesses across various industries, driving successful outcomes and delivering tailored ERP solutions.

The Role:

As the Principal NetSuite Consultant, you will be at the forefront of leading end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects. This includes everything from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, data migration, testing, training, and deployment. You will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients, ensuring their business needs are effectively met through customized NetSuite solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage comprehensive NetSuite implementation projects, overseeing all phases from discovery to deployment.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their business challenges and translating them into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design meetings to analyze and document business processes and system requirements.
• Configure and customize NetSuite ERP modules, ensuring solutions meet client-specific requirements and align with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants, fostering their growth and development.
• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation reviews to ensure successful adoption and functionality of NetSuite solutions.
• Stay informed on the latest NetSuite features and industry trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance client satisfaction and business value.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations to support business development efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners, acting as a NetSuite subject matter expert (SME) to promote customer retention and loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting NetSuite ERP solutions, with at least 10 full lifecycle implementations.
• NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, SuiteCommerce, or ERP Consultant are preferred.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing NetSuite modules, including Financial Management, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, and SuiteAnalytics.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and executives.
• Proven leadership abilities, including mentoring junior consultants and driving team collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify gaps and recommend scalable solutions.
• Flexibility to travel to client sites as needed and work remotely in a virtual team environment.
