SuccessFactors Architect (Permanent)

Empiric is currently collaborating with one of the 'Big Four' in Germany. They are looking to hire an individual who has gained exposure to SuccessFactors migrations/integrations/architecture, who they can train, nurture and develop. They are not expecting an expert, but rather someone with exposure and the willingness to learn.

Here you would work with a wide portfolio of customers, across various industries, ensuring that the work you will be doing is engaging and challenging.

This is an opportunity with one of the main players in the HCM space, allowing you to get to work for a household name business. Not only that, they provide a clear progression pathway, with a personalized L&D plan for each level. Consultant > Senior Consultant > Manager > Senior Manager > Director > Senior Director > Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on HR transformations, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact regarding the digitalisation of human resources systems/workflows.
• Host workshops for clients, to discover their challenges and requirements as a business, to ensure the solution delivered is aligned to the criteria.
• Work on the implementation of Human Capital Management technologies, across SAP SuccessFactors and relevant modules.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors data migrations, architecture or integrations.
• Fluency with German is necessary, due to the nature of the customers you will work with.
• Previous experience in a consulting position, engaging with the customer.
