HRIS Specialist (SAP SuccessFactors)

North Holland, Netherlands (2 days a week)

€70,000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRIS Specialist with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to join the dynamic HR/IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of the global HR Information System (HRIS), with a specific emphasis on compensation processes and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the administration and maintenance of compensation processes within the HRIS system, including base pay, bonuses, and equity.

• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.

• Ensure HR data is accurate and compliant within SAP SuccessFactors

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, and modules such as Compensation

• Experience with end-user support, providing expertise to the stakeholders and ensuring they can use the system effectively.

• Fluent Dutch speaker
