The ServiceNow Business Analyst must have a proactive attitude to development and a willingness to be active in the definition of the ITSM & SPM development.

Our client is looking for a SN Business Analyst to distil requirements, work in partnership with client‘s and engineers to deliver solutions, document and drive.
