About the Role -

As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will support our client in optimising and transforming business processes by leveraging the ServiceNow platform. With a focus on SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), DPM (Demand and Project Management), CIM (Continuous Improvement Management), and CSDM (Common Service Data Model), you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules, particularly SPM, DPM, CIM, and CSDM.
  • Design and optimise workflows to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with WSP’s business objectives.
  • Provide expertise in CSDM design principles, ensuring accurate data modelling and ServiceNow platform governance.
  • Implement Strategic Portfolio Management tools to support project prioritisation, resource optimisation, and performance tracking.
  • Guide project teams through the delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
  • Monitor platform performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximise ROI.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements and recommend innovative solutions to support WSP’s evolving business needs.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant or similar role, with a focus on SPM, DPM, CIM, and CSDM.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of business process optimisation, workflow automation, and data governance.
  • Experience designing and implementing CSDM frameworks and aligning them with IT and business strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM/DPM) or ServiceNow Administrator are preferred.
