About the Role -
As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you will support our client in optimising and transforming business processes by leveraging the ServiceNow platform. With a focus on SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), DPM (Demand and Project Management), CIM (Continuous Improvement Management), and CSDM (Common Service Data Model), you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions aligned with the organisation's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules, particularly SPM, DPM, CIM, and CSDM.
- Design and optimise workflows to improve operational efficiency and ensure alignment with WSP’s business objectives.
- Provide expertise in CSDM design principles, ensuring accurate data modelling and ServiceNow platform governance.
- Implement Strategic Portfolio Management tools to support project prioritisation, resource optimisation, and performance tracking.
- Guide project teams through the delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
- Monitor platform performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to maximise ROI.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow advancements and recommend innovative solutions to support WSP’s evolving business needs.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant or similar role, with a focus on SPM, DPM, CIM, and CSDM.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of business process optimisation, workflow automation, and data governance.
- Experience designing and implementing CSDM frameworks and aligning them with IT and business strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (SPM/DPM) or ServiceNow Administrator are preferred.
