Job Title: Senior Oracle EPM Consultant

Location: Hybrid Working (Finland, Sweden, or Norway)

We are partnering with a leading Nordic Oracle partner to find an experienced Senior Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Consultant to join their dynamic team. If you are an expert in Oracle EPM and are passionate about helping businesses improve their financial and performance management processes, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver Oracle EPM solutions for clients across various industries.
• Work with clients to analyze and optimize their financial processes, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide expert knowledge on the implementation and configuration of Oracle EPM solutions, including Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud (EPBCS), and Hyperion.
• Lead workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality solutions and ongoing support.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM applications (PBCS, EPBCS, Hyperion).
• Previous experience with financial planning, reporting, and performance management processes.
• Proficiency in analyzing, designing, and configuring EPM solutions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills in English (any additional Nordic language is a plus).
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the Nordic region as required.
