Empiric is partnering with a niche consultancy business with a presence across Europe and a focus on SAP HXM consulting. Here you would work with peers with expertise across various modules, so you could collaborate and learn from your colleagues.

This business has a strong pipeline of projects both currently and throughout 2025, and as such are now looking to grow the SuccessFactors practice even further. The current project you would be working on is a greenfield, end-to-end implementation of recruiting modules for a customer in Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and requirements, to ensure the solution provided is suitable and as agreed.
• Implementing and configuring the SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK modules
• Collaborate with members of the team both internally and externally, working towards a common goal throughout the HR transformation.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate clearly in German, with the ability to host professional meetings using the German language.
• 2+ years of experience with implementations of SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK
• Living in Poland
