Are you an experienced ERP Consultant with expertise in Finance or Supply Chain, looking to take the next step in your career? We are partnering with a leading European NetSuite Partner that is rapidly expanding in Germany. They are looking for a talented NetSuite Consultant (or an ERP Consultant eager to cross-train into NetSuite) to join their dynamic team.

The Role

As an ERP/NetSuite Consultant, you will work closely with clients across various industries to deliver best-in-class ERP solutions. Your role will involve:

• Leading and supporting NetSuite ERP implementations across Finance or Supply Chain
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into tailored NetSuite solutions
• Providing expert advice on Finance (Accounting, FP&A, Multibook, Consolidation) or Supply Chain (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management)
• Configuring NetSuite to align with client processes and business needs
• Conducting training and workshops for end-users
• Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Supporting clients post-go-live and optimizing their NetSuite environments

What We’re Looking For

• Two or more years of experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics, or similar)
• Strong background in Finance (accounting, reporting, compliance) or Supply Chain (logistics, procurement, warehouse management)
• Experience working on ERP implementations, upgrades, or process optimizations
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in German and English
• Previous NetSuite experience is a plus, but cross-training is available for strong ERP professionals
