🔍 Your Mission:

• Own the availability, performance, and lifecycle of critical business applications
• Draft and execute release plans; monitor progress and report on results
• Coordinate major changes and implementations, ensuring seamless roll‑outs
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
• Advise on specifications, procurement, or development of your application cluster
• Maintain stakeholder alignment: functional management, suppliers, architects, and support teams

🧰 Your Toolkit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field
• Proven record managing applications/infrastructure in large, complex organizations
• Hands‑on with cloud apps, app stores, InfoSec, and data classification
• Deep understanding of ITIL, ASL, BiSL, and (Scaled) Agile Scrum frameworks
• Strong planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communicator with the presence to influence at all levels
