Empiric is currently collaborating with one of the fastest growing Human Capital Management consultancies in Europe, looking to grow their team size within SuccessFactors to keep up with the rapidly growing demand for their services.

This is an SME business, providing you with both the challenges and interesting nature of the work, but also the flexibility in regards to working from home and travel requirements. Whilst travel to the client would be necessary, it would be on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days a week.

You would work with some of the brightest lights in the space, with ample opportunity to learn and grow your experience and knowledge within the SAP SFSF space, across a variety of modules.

Responsibilities:

• Work on HR transformations utilising SAP SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with customers, hosting workshops and interacting with them regularly to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring the solution delivered is aligned with the brief.
• Operate in a technical manner, being hands on with the implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF modules.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, across a variety of modules.
• Fluency with Dutch is necessary, due to the nature of the clients you will be engaging with.
• Previous experience in a consulting position, engaging with the customer.
