Be part of a product team shaping the future of IT for personnel recruitment within a major European retail organization. You'll develop and implement innovative strategies using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM to optimize efficiency and user experience.

What You Can Do:

• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of requirements for SAP SuccessFactors RCM/RMK/Employee Central
• Provide technical expertise (3rd level support) and ensure the seamless operation of recruiting platforms.
• Advise internal teams on technical solutions and drive the evolution of recruiting technologies.
• Manage projects related to the introduction of new talent acquisition tools, including risk assessment and documentation.
• Design and manage system interfaces, translating business needs into IT specifications.
• Contribute to the implementation of a global talent management system.

What We Are Looking For:

• Speak German fluently
• Your collaborative and transparent personality, coupled with strong independence and reliability.
• Your analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex challenges.
• Your relevant IT education or equivalent experience in a similar field.
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting/Employee Central and ideally SAP HCM.
• Your passion for technology and strong analytical skills.
