Location: Hamburg, Germany (Hybrid/Remote)

We are seeking a Senior Finance Implementation Consultant to join a dynamic and international team dedicated to delivering Cloud ERP solutions to ambitious, fast-growing companies across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong financial systems background and ERP implementation experience to lead impactful projects and drive client success.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, implementing, and optimizing financial processes using NetSuite and industry-specific SuiteApps. You will lead ERP implementations from initial discovery to go-live and beyond, maintaining a strong relationship with the client to ensure ongoing improvement and satisfaction.

You will work as part of a collaborative team of consultants and developers located across Europe, delivering tailored ERP solutions to clients within the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze clients’ financial and administrative processes to identify improvements
• Design tailored ERP solutions including scope, timeline, and budget
• Advise on financial best practices (CoA, AP/AR, fixed assets, intercompany processes, etc.)
• Lead implementations of planning, budgeting, and reporting models
• Configure and customize ERP systems, support data migrations, testing, and training
• Provide post-go-live support and ongoing process optimization
• Contribute to the improvement of in-house SuiteApp products
• Identify potential new opportunities within existing client accounts

Candidate Profile

• Self-motivated, pragmatic, and a strong communicator
• Comfortable managing complex issues with a structured and solution-focused approach
• Team-oriented with a passion for continuous learning
• Based in or near Hamburg, Germany (or able to travel as needed)

Requirements

• Degree in Business Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or Audit
• Minimum 5 years of ERP experience (as a consultant or core user)
• Knowledge of NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, JD Edwards, Infor, or similar systems
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
