SAP SuccessFactors Senior Manager (Permanent)

Empiric is currently collaborating with a major force across the UK to grow their leadership team, regarding SuccessFactors and Human Capital. This business has ambitious plans for 2025 and needs a senior leader to help grow the division, acquire new customers/handle RFPs, and manage the successful delivery of projects.

This is an opportunity with one of the main players in the HCM space, allowing you to get to work for a household name business. Not only that, they provide a clear progression pathway, with a personalized L&D plan for each level and a clear path directorship. Senior Manager > Director > Senior Director > Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on SuccessFactors transformations for customers across the UK
• Grow the division, hiring top talent across the UK and getting them up to speed quickly.
• Respond to RFPs and acquire new projects of work for the business.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a leadership position, focusing on Human Capital/SAP SuccessFactors
• Previous experience growing a practice and handling the challenges that come with that is advantageous.
• Previous experience in a consulting position, engaging with customers.
