NetSuite Systems Analyst with Integration Experience

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in Dell Boomi or Celigo integration to join our IT team. As a NetSuite Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, optimizing, and expanding our NetSuite ERP system, as well as integrating it seamlessly with other platforms using Dell Boomi/Celigo.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within NetSuite, Dell Boomi and Celigo.
• Configure, customize, and maintain NetSuite ERP system to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Design, develop, and implement Dell Boomi/Celigo integrations to connect NetSuite with other applications and systems.
• Monitor integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, assisting with training and resolving system-related inquiries.
• Stay updated on NetSuite and Dell Boomi/Celigo best practices, new features, and industry trends, and recommend enhancements to optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Systems Analyst, with in-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Dell Boomi/Celigo integration platform, including hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript (desirable), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder for customizing and extending NetSuite functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
