📍 Location: Hybrid – West-Flanders (more onsite at the start of the project)
📅 Duration: 6-Month Initial Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team for an exciting project in West-Flanders. This role requires a skilled professional who can drive functional improvements, optimize business processes, and support the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
As a key member of the project team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, configure Business Central, and provide expertise in finance, supply chain, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to align with Business Central capabilities.
- Configure, implement, and optimize Business Central solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and process improvements.
- Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Lead workshops and UAT sessions to validate business processes.
- Provide ongoing support post-implementation and assist in change management.
Key Requirements:
✅ Proven experience as a Business Central Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365 BC / NAV).
✅ Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational processes.
✅ Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications.
✅ Experience in full-cycle implementations and upgrades of Business Central.
✅ Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users.
✅ Ability to work hybrid (onsite in West-Flanders, especially at project start).
