D365 CRM Consultant – Gothenburg or Wroclaw | Long-Term Project

I'm looking for a D365 CRM Consultant for a leading client of mine, based in Gothenburg or Wroclaw.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Gather business requirements & translate them into functional solutions

🔹 Advise on D365 CRM capabilities and recommend optimizations

🔹 Design & configure CRM solutions, leveraging standard functionalities

🔹 Lead workshops, create demos, and support project documentation

🔹 Provide technical expertise and present to stakeholders

Requirements:

✅ 8+ years of D365 CRM implementation experience

✅ Expertise in Customer Service, Field Service, & modern communication channels

✅ Experience with MS Power Platform & Azure Cloud

✅ Strong consulting skills, including discovery workshops
