We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Lead Consultant to join our France team and lead complex NetSuite implementations for a wide range of clients across various industries.

The Role:

As a NetSuite Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the full lifecycle of NetSuite implementations, from discovery to go-live. You will manage a team of consultants, provide strategic guidance to clients, and ensure that solutions are delivered to the highest standard. This role requires a deep understanding of NetSuite's functionalities and the ability to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle NetSuite for clients across industries, including finance, supply chain, CRM, and e-commerce.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into NetSuite configurations and customizations.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing leadership and support throughout the implementation process.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects, managing budgets, resources, and timelines to meet client needs.
• Provide post-go-live support, ensuring smooth adoption and addressing any issues that arise after deployment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing strategic guidance on optimizing their use of NetSuite.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite’s latest features and updates, sharing insights with clients and the internal team.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Oracle NetSuite implementations, with a deep understanding of its core modules (financials, CRM, supply chain, etc.).
• Proven track record in leading successful ERP implementations from start to finish.
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and developing teams of consultants.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Fluency in both French and English is required.
• A background in finance, supply chain, or IT systems is highly desirable.
