Job Title: NetSuite Finance Consultant

Location: Netherlands (Hybrid Working)

We’re hiring on behalf of one of Europe’s largest digital advertising and entertainment media platforms, currently seeking an experienced NetSuite Finance Consultant to support their continued growth and digital transformation journey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic, fast-paced business at the forefront of digital innovation across Europe. You'll play a key role in enhancing their financial systems and ensuring smooth integration and optimization of NetSuite ERP across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary finance consultant on NetSuite implementation and optimization projects
Collaborate with finance teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and deliver tailored solutions
Customize and configure NetSuite modules, with a focus on financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, etc.)
Support reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes through NetSuite tools
Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancements, and provide end-user training
Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to align business needs with technical solutions
Ensure best practices are followed to maintain data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance

About You:

Strong NetSuite experience, ideally with multiple implementations or optimizations under your belt
Solid background in finance or accounting, with the ability to bridge finance and tech
Understanding of financial processes including month-end close, reporting, and compliance
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Fluent in English; Dutch is a bonus
Based in the Netherlands or open to relocation (hybrid flexibility offered)
