We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) Developer with strong .NET skills to join an exciting greenfield implementation project for a leading manufacturing customer based in Malmö, Sweden.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a fresh Dynamics 365 CE rollout where you will play a key role in designing, developing, integrating and customising CRM solutions that streamline business processes and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle of a new Dynamics 365 CE implementation.
• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 CE using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
• Develop plugins, custom workflows, integrations, and web resources.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
• Integrate D365 with other internal systems and external services (e.g., ERP, portals).
• Ensure high-quality code, perform code reviews, and support UAT and deployment processes.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM (Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service).
• 5+ years development background in C# and .NET framework/core.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.
