Are you an experienced Service or Support Manager with a passion for operational excellence and customer satisfaction? We’re working with a leading ERP consultancy in the Netherlands that is growing their NetSuite practice and looking for a Support Delivery Manager to take ownership of their support operations and internal product portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a people-focused, fast-evolving technology company. You’ll join a highly skilled and collaborative team delivering innovative ERP solutions and services to a wide client base, with a strong emphasis on quality, learning, and long-term relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary support team (application & integration specialists)
- Drive continuous improvement across support services to enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor team performance, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Act as the primary escalation point for customer queries and issues
- Own the development and maintenance of internal NetSuite-based product offerings
- Collaborate cross-functionally with delivery, product, and management teams
- Analyse and report on support operations to inform strategic decisions
- Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a support or service organisation
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Customer-first mindset with a drive to deliver exceptional service
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally Oracle NetSuite (or comparable platforms)
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) is a bonus
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and eagerness to learn
- Degree educated (HBO or equivalent), preferably in IT, Business Administration, or related fields
