The Role:

As a NetSuite Finance Consultant, you will play a key role in helping clients streamline their financial processes through NetSuite ERP implementations. You will work with businesses to understand their unique challenges, provide tailored solutions, and support the full lifecycle of finance-focused NetSuite projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial module implementation of Oracle NetSuite for a variety of clients.
• Analyze and document clients' financial requirements and processes.
• Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the financial needs of the business, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
• Ensure successful data migration and integration of financial data.
• Provide training and post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite's financial capabilities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices in financial operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure project success from discovery to go-live.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in NetSuite financial implementations or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle e-business, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Financial Reporting, etc.).
• Ability to translate business requirements into NetSuite functionality.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
