The Role
As a key member of the internal HR IT team, you will bridge the gap between HR business requirements and technical system configuration. You won’t just be maintaining a system, you will be optimising a platform that supports a massive, diverse workforce.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- System Optimisation: Taking ownership of the SAP SuccessFactors system to ensure they meet evolving business needs.
- Project Leadership: Leading or contributing to international rollouts, upgrades, and the implementation of new functionalities.
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as the primary point of contact for HR Business Partners and IT leads to translate complex needs into functional designs.
- Third-Line Support: Solving complex technical issues and managing relationships with external implementation partners.
- Data Integrity: Ensuring seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other downstream systems.
What You Bring
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience: At least 2–5 years working in a similar role, ideally within a large-scale environment.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to look beyond a "ticket" and understand the strategic impact of a configuration change.
- Communication: Fluent in English and a strong command of Dutch to navigate the local organisational culture.
- Proactivity: A "can-do" attitude, you don’t wait for things to break, you look for ways to make them better.
