A leading European MEP contractor delivering complex, large-scale technical projects is seeking an experienced Integration Supervisor to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Helsinki, Finland. This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of Europe’s most significant mission-critical construction programmes, working with a high-performing team that specialises in end-to-end data centre delivery.

Role Overview

The Integration Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and integrating all MEP and architectural services across the project. You will oversee installation activities, ensure seamless interface management between disciplines, maintain quality and safety standards, and support commissioning and handover processes to drive successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and liaise with all trades to ensure smooth integration of site activities.
• Prepare and issue weekly progress reports to the line manager.
• Deliver weekly toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Develop and maintain a two-week lookahead schedule.
• Attend daily coordination/DAB meetings and provide updates on progress and issues.
• Ensure labour resources align with project programme requirements.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality across all activities.
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and quality benchmarks.
• Report variations, delays, and potential risks promptly.
• Oversee plant and material management in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate material deliveries, ensuring safe handling, storage, and logistics.
• Verify certifications and safe operation of subcontractor plant and access equipment.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) requirements.
• Promote safe work practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain strong housekeeping standards across all work areas.
• Complete and submit weekly safety observation/“Don’t Walk By” cards.

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
• Proven experience in a similar role within an M&E contracting environment (essential).
• Telecoms experience is required.
• Previous experience on data centre projects is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
