Empiric's client is one of the Big Four, with a need for a SAP SuccessFactors professional with key expertise in the Compensation module.

This role would be working on a hybrid basis, with occasional travel to host key client workshops.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
• Ability to host client workshops and gather requirements.
• Ability to work on implementation projects independently.
• German fluency strongly preferred.
