SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant

Germany-based // Remote working (with occasional travel within Germany)

Empiric's client is one of the Big Four, with a need for a SAP SuccessFactors professional with key expertise in the Compensation module.

This role would be working on a hybrid basis, with occasional travel to host key client workshops.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong experience with the SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
Ability to host client workshops and gather requirements.
Ability to work on implementation projects independently.
German fluency strongly preferred.
