HRSD ServiceNow Solution Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRSD ServiceNow Expert who is fluent in Danish to join our team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and optimizing the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to meet the specific needs of our organization, while ensuring the solution is fully localized and tailored for Danish-speaking users.

As an expert in both ServiceNow and HRSD, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the HRSD workflows and modules to drive efficiency and provide an excellent user experience. You will collaborate with HR teams, ServiceNow developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, offer guidance on best practices, and deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module, including design, configuration, and customization.
• Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
• Localize and customize the ServiceNow HRSD platform for Danish-speaking users, ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural nuances.
• Develop, test, and deploy HRSD workflows, service catalog items, knowledge base articles, and case management processes.
• Provide expert advice on best practices in HRSD, HR service management, and ServiceNow platform optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing support for the HRSD module.
• Work closely with other ServiceNow developers and administrators to integrate HRSD with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
• Create detailed documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and user training materials.
• Conduct user training sessions to ensure HR and other stakeholders are proficient in using the HRSD platform.
• Monitor platform performance and implement enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and governance standards are upheld within the HRSD platform.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow HRSD Expert with successful implementations and configurations.
• Strong proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and experience working with HRSD modules (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, etc.).
• Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices, especially within a Danish context.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• ServiceNow HRSD certification or relevant ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
• Knowledge of local Danish HR regulations and requirements will be an advantage.
