A new and exciting Corporate Controller position is available at a fantastic manufacturing company located in West Virginia. The company is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead its financial operations, guide the accounting team, and streamline processes to support its ambitious growth plans.


Key Responsbilites 💻:

  • Lead and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy across all financial processes.
  • Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely vendor payments and maintaining precise records.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring accurate invoicing and prompt revenue collection.
  • Maintain fixed asset records, including tracking, depreciation, and asset disposals.
  • Implement and manage pricing structures to support business strategy and profitability.
  • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies related to market fluctuations, foreign exchange, and interest rates.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiency within the accounting function.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements 💻:

  • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or Master’s preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and best practices
  • Strong grasp of compliance, financial principles, and accounting standards
  • Proven ability to lead teams and ensure accuracy in financial processes
  • Experience with ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel to company locations as needed
