NetSuite Project Manager

About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of multiple NetSuite implementation projects, ensuring each is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, working closely with them to customise project plans to suit their unique business needs, while leading cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Oversee NetSuite projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with clients’ objectives and project goals.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation journey.
• Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations, in line with Statement of Work (SoW) agreements.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and direct cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage project risks, resolving challenges to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce rigorous quality standards, ensuring continuous improvement and successful project delivery.
• Reporting & Evaluation: Track and report on project performance, develop evaluation processes to assess outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Professional: Demonstrable experience leading complex ERP projects, with NetSuite implementation expertise highly advantageous.
• Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record in client-facing roles.
• Organised & Detail-Oriented: Excellent planning skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Qualified: Degree-level education (or equivalent) required. Project management certifications such as Agile, PMP, or similar are desirable, along with experience managing national or international projects.
