SuccessFactors Consultant (Permanent)

Stockholm, Sweden (hybrid working)

Empiric is collaborating with a major retail organisation in the Nordics, to grow their SuccessFactors team with a senior professional.

You would work internally, for an end customer, focused on their roll out of SuccessFactors modules - including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Work on technical implementations utilising SAP SuccessFactors.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points, to ensure the solution delivered is aligned.
• Operate in a technical manner, being hands-on with the implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF modules.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, across a variety of modules.
• Fluency with Swedish is necessary, due to the nature of the team you will be engaging with.
• Previous experience in a technical role, implementing SAP SFSF.
