About the Role: We are representing a leading high-end retailer based in London, renowned for revolutionising the global beauty industry with its innovative approach to makeup and beauty products. As part of their ongoing growth and transformation, they are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to influence the company’s financial planning processes while playing a key part in their technology transformation.

As an Anaplan Solution Architect, you will own the strategic direction of Anaplan, working closely with key stakeholders in finance and business to prioritise and deliver the Anaplan roadmap. You will ensure the day-to-day operations of Anaplan run smoothly, address any escalated issues, and oversee the successful delivery of all new developments in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Direction: Own and drive the Anaplan roadmap and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
• Day-to-Day Operations: Act as the escalation point for urgent issues and ensure smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
• Financial Integration: Lead monthly actuals integration from ERP systems and ensure accuracy.
• New Developments: Architect, design, and implement new Anaplan developments and enhancements, covering the entire lifecycle from analysis to support.
• Stakeholder Management: Own relationships with Group FP&A, wider finance, and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and successful delivery of projects.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coach two team members (Anaplan Model Builder and Admin) to support the delivery of high-quality outputs.

About You:

• Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related analytics field.
• Anaplan Certification: Anaplan Certified Solution Architect or Certified Master Anaplanner.
• Experience: Strong background in Anaplan design and implementation, with deep financial modelling expertise and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing and coaching team members.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate effectively with various teams across the business.
• Organisational Skills: Highly organised, proactive, with a positive 'can-do' attitude and a flexible approach to change.
