What You'll Do:
- NetSuite Configuration & Maintenance: Manage and customize NetSuite to meet business needs, including advanced ZAB billing configurations.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with finance, accounting, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective NetSuite solutions.
- Provide Expert Support: Offer advanced user support and conduct specialized training sessions to maximize the use of NetSuite, particularly ZAB billing processes.
- Drive Change Management: Lead initiatives to adapt NetSuite systems to evolving business needs.
- Enhance with SaaS Solutions: Identify and integrate SaaS tools to extend NetSuite’s capabilities, such as advanced analytics and workflow automation.
- ZAB Billing Expertise: Streamline and optimize billing operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Advise on Best Practices: Act as a consultant, sharing insights to enhance system performance and support business goals.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience: 5+ years in NetSuite administration and consulting, including advanced configurations and ZAB billing.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of NetSuite architecture (SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteAnalytics) and ZAB billing functionalities.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A strong track record in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with IT security and regulatory standards.
- Communication Skills: The ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
