Our client is a leading technology company focused on delivering advanced cybersecurity and intelligence solutions specifically for the Defense sector. Our mission is to equip government and intelligence organizations with the tools to combat digital threats, safeguard critical infrastructure, and enhance national security. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our international team and drive new business growth within the Nordics government market.


Seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our international sales team, focusing on introducing our technologies to the Nordics region within the Law Enforcement and Intelligence sectors. This role requires a seasoned sales professional with deep knowledge of the Nordics market, particularly experience selling to the intelligence community and other government agencies. The ideal candidate will be a UK citizen, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record in managing complex sales cycles.

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy for the defense and intelligence sector, focusing on engagement with intelligence agencies and units.
  • Market Expansion: Drive efforts to grow and establish a strong presence in key regions, identifying high-potential market opportunities and building lasting business relationships.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Business Development: Actively identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities to drive growth.
  • Complex Sales Management: Effectively manage and navigate complex sales cycles for multiple opportunities, from initial contact through to contract finalization.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, partners, and customers in target regions.
  • Collaboration with Resellers and Agents: Work closely with resellers and agents to ensure the efficient distribution and representation of solutions.


Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

·Knowledge of government procurement processes.

·Experience in Startup or entrepreneurial environments.

·Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

·Experience working with intelligence agencies or in related sectors is highly preferred.

·Multilingual skills are a plus.
