Empiric is currently collaborating with a major force across Europe within its Nordic business. They are working on several greenfield implementation projects of the SuccessFactors suite and are looking for individuals to act in an advisory role, operating as the bridge between technology and HR teams.

Here you would work with a wide portfolio of customers, across various industries, ensuring that the work you will be doing is engaging and challenging.

This is an opportunity with one of the main players in the HCM space, allowing you to get to work for a household name business. Not only that, they provide a clear progression pathway, with a personalized L&D plan for each level. Consultant > Senior Consultant > Manager > Senior Manager > Director > Senior Director > Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on HR transformations, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact regarding the digitalisation of human resources systems/workflows.
• Host workshops for clients, to discover their challenges and requirements as a business, to ensure the solution delivered is aligned to the criteria.
• Work on the implementation of Human Capital Management technologies, across SAP SuccessFactors and relevant modules.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central is preferred but other modules are beneficial too.
• Fluency with Norweigan is necessary.
• Previous experience in a consulting position, engaging with the customer.
