We are working exclusively with a leading NetSuite Partner seeking an experienced Principal NetSuite Consultant to lead large-scale enterprise implementation projects. The Role:

As a Principal NetSuite Consultant, you will act as the lead advisor for high-profile clients, overseeing the full implementation lifecycle of NetSuite solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects, guiding clients through the process of aligning their business operations with best-in-class ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NetSuite implementation projects for enterprise clients, managing projects with 3,000+ billable hours or lasting 12+ months.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, including senior executives, to understand complex business needs and translate them into tailored NetSuite solutions.
• Oversee the design, configuration, and customisation of NetSuite ERP, ensuring seamless functionality across financials, supply chain, CRM, and other modules.
• Provide strategic direction to cross-functional project teams, acting as the central figure for technical and functional consultants.
• Mentor junior consultants, sharing expertise and promoting professional growth within the team.
• Deliver post-go-live support and identify opportunities for system enhancements or additional value-added services.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite developments to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.

About You:

• Extensive experience as a NetSuite Consultant, with expertise in leading large-scale enterprise implementations.
• A proven history of successfully delivering projects with 3,000+ billable hours or 12+ month durations as the lead consultant.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including Financials, CRM, Supply Chain, or SuiteCommerce.
• Exceptional ability to interpret and solve complex business requirements with NetSuite solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with C-suite executives and other senior decision-makers.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript and SuiteFlow is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• NetSuite certifications are highly desirable.
