Oversee and direct business development activities in the executive and talent search industry. Direct strategic planning, set corporate policy and goals, and establish company objectives and business practices to ensure successful management of the U.S. enterprise. Direct and manage strategy development, marketing and promotional activities, and monitor financial reports with an eye towards improving the operations. Make major strategy decisions and direct the growth of the business. Develop the enterprise's industry-based contacts, negotiate conditions and terms of contracts with clients and oversee business activities. Oversee evaluation, planning, and cost analysis. Review the preparation of company budget and activity reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives, taking all steps necessary to enable the company to strengthen its position in the U.S. market.

COMPENSATION: $180,981.00 per year

REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Operations Manager or Managing Director
