About the Role

Empiric is currently supporting a long-term Customer Experience transformation project and looking to onboard a Senior Salesforce Consultant with strong technical experience in CX, Contact Center services, and integration expertise.

This is a remote freelance opportunity for one full-time equivalent (1 FTE) resource, ideal for consultants looking for a high-impact, long-term engagement with a fast-paced delivery environment.

Key Skills & Experience

✅ Deep technical knowledge in Customer Experience (CX) and the broader IT ecosystem

✅ Extensive hands-on experience with Nice CXOne and surrounding CX platforms

✅ Proven experience integrating voice/chat bots with CRMs like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics

✅ Strong background in AI, digital channels, and omni-channel implementation using Nice CXOne

✅ Ability to understand and translate customer needs into scalable high-level designs
