SAP Payroll Consultant (Permanent)

Empiric is currently collaborating with a major force across Europe within its Nordic business. They are working on several greenfield implementation projects for SAP Payroll and are looking for individuals to act in a technical role, whilst also having the ability to interact with customers in a client-facing position.

Here you would work with a wide portfolio of customers, across various industries, ensuring that the work you will be doing is engaging and challenging.

This is an opportunity with one of the main players in the HCM space, allowing you to get to work for a household name business. Not only that, they provide a clear progression pathway, with a personalized L&D plan for each level. Consultant > Senior Consultant > Manager > Senior Manager > Director > Senior Director > Partner.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on Payroll transformations to SAP HCM PY/Employee Central Payroll.
• Host workshops for clients, to discover their challenges and requirements as a business, to ensure the solution delivered is aligned to the criteria.
• Work on the implementation of Nordic payroll within SAP HCM PY or Employee Central Payroll.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with SAP HCM PY/Employee Central Payroll.
• Fluency with Norweigan is necessary, or alternate Nordic languages.
• Previous experience in a consulting position, engaging with the customer.
