The Company/Role:

This business are one of the major players in the Oil & Gas industry, recording record profits over the last years, resulting in huge investment within their SuccessFactors technology. They are continually growing as a business and are looking for this hire to add extra capacity to their HRIS division.

They are looking to hire an established SuccessFactors professional to their team, responsible for playing a significant role within their business when it comes to implementing and configuring all modules from scratch. If you are someone who enjoys being hands-on technically with HRIS, then this is the role for you.

The Job:

• Work closely with the SuccessFactors team, collaborating and sharing knowledge internally.
• Implementing and configuring all modules of SuccessFactors (except EC payroll).
• Working on complex and diverse projects, with this business regularly acquiring other businesses, you would be responsible for rolling out SF into these businesses and integrating them.
• Great opportunity for internal growth, allowing you to get hands on with all modules, before deciding whether you wish to stay as a multi-module professional or a SME across 2 or 3. Here you can grow vertically or horizontally, into Product Owner positions for example.

The Individual:

• 3+ years working on SuccessFactors configurations and implementations in a technical capacity
• Great communication skills and enjoy working within collaborative environments
• Willing to commute to The Hague 2-3 times a week, whilst working 9 days every fortnight
• Passionate about learning and getting hands on with all SAP SF modules
