SAP Client Delivery & Operational Lead's Mission:

  • Leading the operational activities in an international team (including offshore).
  • Take full ownership of the client relationship as a central point of contact. Facilitate communication between the client & our cross-functional teams in regarding to incident & service request management.

SAP Client Delivery & Operational Lead - Key Tasks & Activities:

  • Facilitation of the delivery and communication between internal support teams and the Client
  • A central point of contact for communication between cross-functional teams, liaising between our organization & the client
  • Attribution the attention of unsolved incidents to the correct support group
  • Validation of all incident/service Request details and ensuring categorization and prioritization
  • Escalation management/incident management and workload management
  • Establish progress reports and ensure execution plans.
  • First point of contact for all P1 (Critical) /P2 (High Priority) issues
  • Categorization of all adaption requests
  • Leading teams

SAP Client Delivery & Operational Lead - Requirements:

  • Professional Dutch proficiency
  • 2-3 years experience in leading teams in an SAP environment
  • Management & Leadership skills
  • Strong communication skills - able to handle issues with different stakeholders in mixed teams
  • Good knowledge of effective change/incident/service management processes
  • Good understanding of the business processes and cross-integration areas
  • Experience working with technical/support teams within SAP/ERP domain
  • Previous experience working with distributed and international teams (nearshore, Offshore)
  • Soft Skills
