Release Train Engineer – SAFe methodology, Agile Transformation, Agile release train (ART), Telecommunications

Long term contract / freelance opportunity for a Release Train Engineer to join my industry leading client in the Telecommunications industry on an industry leading and cutting edge transformation programme. The role of the Release Train Engineer will be to oversee the ART (Agile release train) ensuring this stays aligned with the roadmap of the programme and the businesses goals, whilst fostering a collaborative culture between multiple Agile teams and ensuring successful delivery of the project.

To be successful in this role, you must be a proven Release Train Engineer with extensive experience in the SAFe methodology (Scaled Agile Framework methodology). You must have good stakeholder management skills as you’ll be collaborating closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters etc. You must also have proven experience leading, guiding and overseeing multiple Agile delivery teams, ensuring this is a collaborative environment which will ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will also have experience doing this within either the Telecommunications industry, Aerospace industry of Government / Public sector industry (previously worked for a European institution).

For this position you must be a European national, and the role requires on-site presence in the Luxembourg office 50% of the time.
