About the Role

Are you a NetSuite expert with a knack for solving complex business challenges and fostering strong client relationships? This role offers the opportunity to work face-to-face with clients, helping them optimize their NetSuite systems and maximize their ROI. Extensive travel across the UK, and occasionally internationally, is required to provide hands-on support and consultation.


As a NetSuite Solution Optimisation Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients streamline their operations, identify pain points, and develop actionable system roadmaps. Your expertise will ensure clients achieve their business goals while positioning our team as the partner of choice for long-term success.


What You’ll Do

  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Develop long-term client relationships, providing personalised support, addressing issues proactively, and fostering loyalty.
  • Solution Design: Gather requirements, assess business processes, and translate customer needs into functional designs, cost estimates, and project plans.
  • System Optimisation: Conduct NetSuite health checks across areas like L2Q, O2C, P2P, D2B, and R2R, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending best practices.
  • Technical Guidance: Advise clients on NetSuite functionalities, integration with third-party tools, and customisation options to enhance system performance.
  • Training & Support: Deliver tailored training sessions, product demonstrations, and client workshops to facilitate effective NetSuite utilisation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, delivery teams, and clients to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed system roadmaps, RFP responses, and Statements of Work (SOWs), while staying updated on the latest NetSuite features and modules.

What You’ll Need

Essential:

  • Strong financial expertise (e.g., qualified accountant or finance role experience using NetSuite).
  • Proven track record of performing NetSuite health checks across various processes and industries.
  • Experience in pre-sales, consulting, or account management with the NetSuite ERP product.
  • Ability to capture client needs, translate them into actionable solutions, and deliver engaging presentations to C-level executives.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of finance and business processes, combined with IT industry experience.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with third-party NetSuite add-ons.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
