Empiric is currently collaborating with one of the most established businesses in the SuccessFactors/HCM space in the Benelux. They are looking to hire someone who has gained experience with SuccessFactors implementations (ideally Employee Central) and wishes to take their career to the next level.

Here you would work with a wide portfolio of customers, across various industries, ensuring that the work you will be doing is engaging and challenging.

Responsibilities:

• Working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations, acting as the technical point of contact regarding the digitalisation of human resources systems/workflows.
• Host workshops for clients, to discover their challenges and requirements as a business, to ensure the solution delivered is aligned to the criteria.
• Work on the implementation of Human Capital Management technologies, across SAP SuccessFactors and relevant modules.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with a variety of SAP SuccessFactors modules, idealy Employee Central.
• Fluency with Dutch or French is necessary, due to the nature of the customers you will work with.
• Previous experience in a consulting position, engaging with the customer.
