ESG Project Manager

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join one of the fastest growing real estate organisations in the UK on a global ESG transformation programme.

As the lead PM on the programme, you will be responsible for evaluating the current ESG business needs to ensure an effective integration within the function/team to ensure full embedment across all workstreams of the business.

You will also lead the strategic design and delivery of the enterprise wide ESG Target Operating Model (TOM) for all business areas. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, such as the Head of Change & Transformation and Programme Director, to establish the programme governance and framework to manage various requirements across the data, system, reporting, and integration functions.

Lastly, you will play a key role in building out a dynamic team, made up of PMs, BAs, Architects, and Developers, to drive the journey on the way to achieving Carbon Net Zero by 2030.

This is a 5+ year programme that requires a strategic, consultative, and driven consultant who can join the business and make a real impact, hitting the ground running and demonstrating the core capabilities needed successfully deliver this programme end to end, having previously delivered programmes of work with similar complexity and longevity.
