ServiceNow Integration Services Developer

Location: Poland (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Services Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and various third-party systems. A key part of the role will involve troubleshooting complex service integrations to ensure data flows seamlessly and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and improve operational efficiencies. This is a remote position based in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies.
• Implement and maintain custom ServiceNow APIs and web services.
• Troubleshoot complex service integrations and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth data transfer.
• Optimize and test existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and developers to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to integration processes and customizations.
• Participate in project planning, including effort estimation, risk assessment, and timeline management.
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new integration features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in ServiceNow platform development, with a focus on service integrations.
• Strong expertise in REST/SOAP web services, API management, and integration technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to service integrations.
• Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITBM, etc.).
• Experience with Integration Hub or similar middleware platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.) and security best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
