Key Responsibilities:

·Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into ServiceNow technical solutions.

·Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and ensure optimal performance of the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades and patching.

·Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

·Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CMDB, CSM, ITOM, HR, or other areas, ensuring alignment with business processes and best practices.

Key Skillls:

·At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow, including development, implementation, and configuration.

·The following certifications:

·Certified System Administrator (CSA)

·Certified Application Developer (CAD)

·Knowledge and at least one certification or experience in ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, or CSDM.

·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

·A customer-oriented mindset and the drive to deliver impactful results.

·A passion for teamwork and the flexibility to adapt to new challenges.

·Fluency in Swedish (or Norwegian/Danish) and English, both spoken and written.

·Experience with modern project methodologies, such as agile development or SAFe.
